Mini Profile help

Hello! My forum is HERE and I am using a mini profile by leif and the board is HERE

However, the avatar image is not center and I cannot figure out why. I've been reading "how to" and going back over the codes again and again. Unfortunately, Leif has not replied yet either so, I figured why not post here.

Could you create a screenshot of what you see. From there I could see what is needed. Usually if you play with the margins that would help.

Not super helpful cause without any code or examples to look at (since your posts seem to be hidden?) I can't tell what's actually going on, but in Leif's thread there was someone else with the same or similar problem in an older version of it here.


Can try taking a look through your codes for any margins or padding that shouldn't be there in the area surrounding the avatar or its bounding box, and that everything is named exactly correct as per Leif's lengthy instructions.

Second what Nori posted. Usually it is margins or padding but maybe redo the steps again maybe you skipped a portion of it. Your best part is to either wait patiently for the creator to come and help you or try something different. Do you have a testboard? I would test it out first and see what that can do for you. I have two testboards one for code and one to testout different elements -- that way my board will not be screwed up. Sorry not much help.

I went back through and read the entire board and a lot of the posts are gone (old)
and I even redid the whole coding and it is still the same.

Honestly I'm at a total lost..
Perhaps I should just find another mini profile of someone who is online?

It's still likely just a margin/padding causing the problem, but it's hard to track down without any code to look at. Is up to you if you'd like to change to a different mini-profile template but let us know if you do :3 Good luck.

Oh! I'll have to fix the guest thing. I thought I put it where you can view a few of the boards.

Yes, I think I would like a different mini profile. Do either of you know of any I can use and credit?

A good place to look for mini-profile remodels is adoxographyv2.boards.net if you have already looked through the template library here on Support. You could also use other resource forums, of course, I just don't know any others off the top of my head and adox is a pretty popular one :)
