Theme's Links are Unaligned?

Not entirely sure how or why it happened, but the links to the theme I'm using are now all single file (when they used to fit perfectly in the info center at the top of the page). I haven't personally tried messing around with the structural HTML, and to the best of my knowledge, neither has anyone else. I'm probably to blame somehow though since I'm the primary one that messes around with the HTML.

Here's a before and after:

I thought maybe it happened because I didn't have a box for the 6th link, I had deleted it because I had nothing to put there at the time. I tried filling it in with a blank link, but it still didn't change anything.


Here's a before and after for the coding:

I even went into the CSS and tried to investigate the classes to see if either one was different for either my coding or the default.

The result for both is this:

I've looked over the code, and it looks all well and good. So It might be a browser issue? I'm using Google Chrome.

I... idk then. I also use Google Chrome but it still looks like a scroll list for me. Maybe it's just me that sees that then? If that's the case then it's no biggy, I guess?

Welcome to browser differences. Chrome displays it differently than Firefox & Edge for me as well. Though I find that a lot with Chrome really, adds extra spaces in places... It could be something to do with individual browser settings, such as zooms and default text settings in the browser themselves but...

Have you tried reducing the width of each 'quick' class to see if it then displays side-by-side in Chrome? I've found browsers each handle things bumping into the edges of their containers differently so that could be the culprit here.
