Wolves Of the Spirit (WOTS) Theme Request

I need a theme for my wolf RP site... I want a vurvey-boxed type look with nice, contrasting colors: Welcoming lilacs, some blues, maybe a few splashes of orange and red!

Here's what I would like, in a bulleted version!:

• Curved-boxed look
• Shoutbox on the side
• Options for Calendar, profile, ect. along the top
• Hover with slots for OTM's, Staff, ect on banner
• Banner with forum pic
• Space for Affiliates at bottom, or on the side with the Shoutbox

And everything in a more... Narrative... manner:
Fonts
Not too big, but not too small. Around 2-3 font size, please (Excluding title, Board names, ect).
The font in itself: I would like a font similar to the one already on my site, please.

Formatting
I would like to have a more curved-boxy type look. Also, Shoutbox on the side. The options for Profile, Calendar, ect. is at the top. A hover maybe, with slots for OTM's, Staff, Rules, ect., too, please! Behind the hover will be the forum picture, a tribal wolf head, which I've been trying to get for... forever. I have a monetary system, so nothing could go directly along the bottom of the forum unless the little Bank/Stockmarket things could go over it/above it. I want to have a spot for affiliates, at the bottom, and also just above the affiliates space for links to my sister site!

So, anyone want to take a stab? Or maybe help teach me how to do it myself? I'd be ever so grateful!
