Prevent guests from seeing shoutbox?

How to do you prevent guests from seeing the shoutbox altogether?  I know you can choose to disable guest shouts, but I would also like them to not see the shoutbox until they register as a member.  Is this possible?

Go to Admin > Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper and look for this near the bottom:
$[content]
$[shoutbox]
and make it look like this:
$[content]
{if $[current_user.is_member]}
$[shoutbox]
{/if}
This will make it so only members can see the shoutbox.
