Plugin to show unique user view count

I would like a plugin that allows a view count that only counts each user once (and only counts registered users). I mean, if I go back to a thread five hundred times, it should only be counted once. The total views thing we have now could still exist, though.

This wouldn't be possible because it would require the plugin to record data without user interaction which is a violation of the developer guidelines.
