You can embed any document, spreadsheet, form or presentation hosted on the Google Drive service. These embeds can be static or even interactable, if the publisher of the document allows that. How do I embed a Google Drive™ document?
To embed a Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides document: - While in the document you wish to embed, go to File > Publish to the web.
- In the Link tab, click the Publish button. This will only appear on documents still set as private.
- When the document is published, copy the link the page provides.
- In the WYSIWYG post editor on the forum, click on the embed icon
- Then click on the Google Drive icon
- Paste the link copied from Step 3.
- Click the Embed button
To embed a Google Forms document: - While in the form click on the Send button.
- Click on the link icon then on "Copy".
- Continue with steps 4-7 from above.
TIP: Always use the Link URL provided. Using the embed code provided by the Google document will not work in forum posts.What types of documents are supported?You can embed documents, spreadsheets, forms and presentations.
