code tag modification help

I've added this code to my site's global footers (it's also the only code in the footers) and it doesn't seem to be working - example. Is this code obsolete, or does it just need adjustments to work with the skin or something?

I've tried the Highlightable Code plugin, but it would often alter codes strangely and add <span> tags all over the place. Please help!

The code from Smangii's site was made in 2008 for ProBoards v4. All forums hosted on ProBoards transitioned to ProBoards v5 in April of 2013. Code designed specifically around v4's HTML layout no longer function.
