I am the President of our College's flying club. We have a patch from the 1940s when the club first started off. We however do not have any graphic design of the actual logo for our website, and social media platforms. Would someone be able to make this patch into an actual graphic design so that we can attach it to emails, social media, websites, etc?

Unfortunately, this sort of work doesn't necessarily belong on here, as it's not forum related.

Additionally, looking at your image this is going to be the kind of work you really shouldn't be asking people to do without compensation. I would check out Fiverr to find someone inexpensive to handle this for you. It looks as if some illustration is going to be required to re-create this character, and a lot more work than a free request is worth.

You may also want to check out some more expensive options if you can — Fiverr is a good place to find people for inexpensive work but the old adage of “you get what you pay for” frequently applies — it’s not particularly likely for someone with the skills to recreate this patch digitally with the required specifications of it being versatile enough for multiple web projects will be found on fiverr. I’m not saying you can’t, just that it would be quite unusual as this sort of work is very time consuming.

the tumblr art and design community has both hobbyist and professional designers with open commissions that are of very high calibre. If you’re on a budget I would recommend looking on tumblr over fiverr as the quality is frequently much higher.

that said my first recommendation would be to seek out a professional for paid work. i may be able to scrounge up a few names of people i know in the industry  if you’re interested, but they are professionals and charge as such.
