The title may not be clear, and thus an image:
In comparison, when the browser fits the screen, the forum is fine. I figure it be a wrapper or an overflow, but it has been a couple of months since I have messed with HTML and CSS that I've forgotten where the issue is exactly.

Hi, Xesna. In Themes > Colors & Theme Creator your forum width is set to a percentage. This will cause the wrapper to adjust to that percentage of your browser window's width. Changing this to a fixed pixel value (example: 1000px) will prevent the forum from adjusting, but in exchange your forum will no longer expand to fill the available window width past that value. Alternatively you can add CSS that specifies the smallest possible width the wrapper can be before it stops shrinking.
