I haven't installed this yet. One question I have is: will my forum users be able to figure out the URL link for the tracks?

I'm going to install this today so I suspect I'll have my answer shortly. But I was mostly curious about one scenario:

If the plugin is designed such that it's not readily apparent what the URL is for each track, could my forum users figure it out anyway?

So, it appears the only URL links that'll work are the ones with .mp3 (and others like this) extensions. I entered a vocaroo link and it didn't work.

How do I get my mp3 files from iTunes to this Sound Bar? It seems most audio recording websites will either let you download a mp3 file or give you a URL that does not have the .mp3 extension. (It's usually some hashed random filename like "Xd67F8ht4we" (or something like that).)

Even the recommended soundjay.com gives you the downloaded mp3 file. How do I then get the files into this plugin?

Oh, I think I got it. I'm supposed to use some hosting site like Cloudinary to upload my mp3 files and then use that URL link back to my Sound Bar. I think? Let me try that...

I was just entering the URL of an audio URL (from, ex. Vocaroo) and that didn't work.

Update: Got it to work with Cloudinary and mp3 downloads.

i noticed that issue too.. was able to find some music sites with mp3s in them so it s all good

I didn't think much of this plugin when I first read about it, mostly because I didn't understand how to make it useful. Now, I use it to play "Name that Tune" and it has become my favorite plugin. LOL!

I just rename my song file with something generic in Cloudinary so people can't cheat by looking up the song title from the song filename.

good job... i ujust find it could have been used with youtube video links instaed of having to convert urls to *.mp3, but its fime anyways

I would have to completely re-write this plugin to do what you want and for that, this plugin will stay as it is.
