It's Very Good To Add Private Chat Betwen Member's, That Can Tolk To The Online Member's Directly And Private, Also The Shoutbox It Be In Home Page Only, Not At All Page's. I Hope You Take Serious And Thinking About My Request.

Private messaging can be accessed by clicking on the Messages button in the forum's menu.

You can make the shoutbox show exclusively on the homepage by navigating to Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper and finding this line:

$[shoutbox]

And replacing it with this:

{if $[route.name] == "home"}
    $[shoutbox]
{/if}
