Footer Links Will Not Change Color

The footer links of this skin are the same color as the background, but I cannot get the footer links to change color. I have found the "Footer" section in the CSS and tried adjusting all of the color values, but nothing happens. Am I in the wrong place?

You're in the right place. It's just that the default CSS doesn't target those elements correctly.

In Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet find this:

footer { text-align: center; display: block; background: @footer_background; border: @footer_border; padding-top: 5px; padding-bottom: 20px; }
footer .footer-links { margin: 0 auto; color: @footer_pipe_color; }
footer .footer-links a { color: @footer_text_color; text-decoration: @footer_text_decoration; font: @footer_text_font; }
footer .footer-links a:hover { color: @footer_hover_color; text-decoration: @footer_hover_decoration; font: @footer_hover_font; }
footer .footer-text { text-align: center; color: @footer_copyright_color; margin: 5px 0 0 0; font: @footer_copyright_font; }
footer .footer-text a { color: @footer_pb_link_color; text-decoration: @footer_pb_link_decoration; font: @footer_pb_link_font; }

Replace it with this:
