Re-posting the contents of a private message is poor form, particularly on the part of a staff member. But whether or not it's 'actionable', depends on the contents.
If there is any sensitive information such as phone numbers, email addresses, financial information, physical address, IP addresses, etc, that was posted in public, you can and should use the report abuse link at the bottom of the page.
