Thanks You can add it as an attachment but I would make it a google sheet & put it in a google drive. That way you can add people who can edit the sheet to the file itself & it'll always be the latest version & everyone on the edit permissions list will get an email alert when it has been updated. Then you can simply post a link to it in the desired thread

Use the Embed code for HTML that can be used on a Custom Page. If you want to embed a Google Sheet on a forum post, select Link. Then copy that link and use the instructions here: support.proboards.com/thread/651951/use-google-drive-embed?page=1&scrollTo=7141180

There, when you right click it, you get the option to open as a google sheet. In that document you can set all the sharing/ editing permissions you want & then you can post the link to the sheet where you need to. That way only people with the permissions you've set can tinker with it & you'll always have an up to date document that can be edited by multiple people at the same time

OK, I was able to get the embed link and put it in a custom page. When I use the provided embed link, the calendar shows linke a small box. How do I change the display settings?

OK, I was able to make changed to the embed code to get the correct height and width. I still can't edit from my custom page so I added the link to the shared document. How do I make the text so that someone can click the text and be directed to the actual google sheet?

How do I make the text so that someone can click the text and be directed to the actual google sheet? Put bb code tags round it. eg [url=the link to the spreadsheet]Whatever you want the text to read[/url]
