I and my members use the [list][/list] and [ul][/ul] tags extensively (I notice that Proboards accepts the list tag but auto-corrects it to ul?) to format our forum nicely and get the following effect without needing to use the actual list function and muck with things: Topic Could a plugin be developed to allow these tags to be inserted without needing to manually type them in (eg. highlight a block of text and apply the tag to all of it in the same way as, say, a Quote tag)? Alternatively does an existing plugin already do this? I searched around through the Plugin library but wasn't able to find anything.

Thanks, that looks like it should do.

Should note that the standard list button already does this, highlight a block of text prior to clicking the button and it will use that highlighted block of text as an item in the list. The only difference in Proboards implementation from other more popular apps is it does not treat line breaks as a start of a new item (that way you could type out 3 items for example and use a line break between each then highlight all three and end up with three items on the list) but instead lumps the entire selection into a single item on the list. - line one
line two line three - List item 2
- List item 3
