MONOMACHIARUM

Our Story

Many civilizations have looked to the stars as a sign of hope. A beacon of promise.

Known as the "final frontier," space has been the place where many daydreams and great epics have taken place. Those who had once been bound to their planets started to leave, and they quickly learned that they were not alone in the galaxy, let alone in the universe--they realized that there was so much more than what they thought they knew.

Times of war would break out, followed by times of peace, until finally those gathered said enough. Alliances were formed, inviting various planets and systems to join them in a show of solidarity to live truly in peace.

This peace, however, was never to last. War has come again and again. Cosmic horrors became visited upon galaxies, driving them to terrible conflict. Galaxies at times are torn apart, or even collapsing into the terrible finality of all great stars. Yet there is hope, and bit by bit, perhaps the tale once told might change.

On Earth, the year is 2979 A.D., and our - your story - story begins here.
