Title Bar Questions

Hello, I have a two-part question about the title bar. I have tried to find anything that modifies the settings for it, but I am not very good with css or javascript and everywhere I've looked has turned up nothing as far as code snippets here.

The first part of my question is: would it be possible to add a 1 pixel border to just the bottom of the title bar in the color of my choice?

Second part of my question is: would it be possible to add a 1 pixel border around the title bar button in the color of my choice? I tried affecting the title bar button by using the Button settings in the visual editor, but it has no effect on those buttons, only on the ones not located in the title bar.  Here is a pic of what I'm trying to accomplish. Thank you in advance to anyone who might be able to help me or point me in the right direction!

try this CSS at the bottom of your theme style sheet (admin > themes > advanced styles & css > stylesheet (tab):

.container.threads .title-bar {
   border-bottom: 1px solid #ff0000;
}

.container.threads .title-bar ul.controls {
   border: 1px solid #ff0000;
}
Replace #ff0000​ with the hexadecimal colour you'd like (:​​​

That worked perfectly, thank you so much Kami, ! I only have one question....I thought it would affect the sub-board's title border too, but it didn't. Is there a way to give the sub-board's title bar a bottom 1 pixel border as well?
