Love it Plug In

I would really like to have a "love it" plugin for my forum. (I get asked for this a lot)

It would work like the like function or the Post LOL plugin but perhaps have a wee heart show instead of a smiley.

FYI - This is for a FDN site and I would be willing to pay for someone to make this or if payment is not feasible I can make a 50 USD donation to a charity of the creator's choice.

I went to donate to the RSPCA but they do not allow/take US credit cards. Would the US SPCA be ok?

I do have an issue with it now. It will only work for people in the admin groups. Anyone else gets a permission error.

EDIT: It was working just fine for everyone at first BTW

EDIT 2: Non admins can love their own posts but no one else's.
