Okay, so I like the colors, but you could use more custom icons like new/old icons that matches the site's theme. Maybe make some boards as sub-boards until you expand and have more members as a lot of guests don't like to scroll so much when viewing a new board. Maybe replace the banner with something that isn't as tall.
