Hi,
ProBoards forums are currently not https. The secure login system (through our login server) is https only.
There is no bug in the login system.

Thanks for the rapid reply The forum does function in https. I can load my forum in https in both firefox and chrome. (Do you require a screenshot?)Therefore there is a problem in the login redirect, because it shouldn't take the user from a secure page to an insecure page. Could you look into this please? This is not a major problem to fix. Simply add an 's' to the redirect code.

Hi,
While you can use https on standard forum pages, it is (as I already mentioned) currently not supported. There is no problem in the login redirect. You login using the secure server (over https) and are then carried to the regular http page for forum browsing.

Michael, Would the HTTPS Everywhere browser extension be a possible cause for this issue - if the OP has that installed?

No, this is without https everywhere.
I'm thinking of the forum users. They probably won't have it installed.

Again, there is no issue here. Secure information is only passed during login over https.
