Is there a way to make image thumbnails larger? I'm talking the internally stored images, that appear as clickable thumbnails. I would like to make them larger than they currently are, say perhaps 20-25% larger. (and still be clickable to see an entire picture.)
Thanks!

Hi yirabeth and welcome to Proboards Support Add the following to the bottom of your stylesheet. Admin Home > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet The dimensions I have set are 25% larger than what the thumbnail is currently. Post back if you have any problems. .post .post_attachments img { width: 250px; height: 175px; }

Unfortunately didn't work - Looking at the CSS I saw they call it .posts (with an s) so added that, didn't work. Tried image instead of img. Didn't work. Removed the s on attachment/s as anywhere else dealing with attachments (ie, background etc) didn't have the s. Not sure what else to try without breaking it...not willing to break it. LOL

I will take a look at things tomorrow. A link to your forum would help as well. You are welcome to pm me the link if you want to keep it private.

I appreciate the offer - it's a small family group that if anyone found out I'd given a nonmember a link in, they'd probably drum me out...we'll have to settle for smaller thumbnails But again, thanks so much for trying!

Try this instead... a[href*="attachment"] img { height: auto; width: 150px; } Put it in your forums stylesheet and change the number to your prefered width.

That didn't seem to work either - tried adding it exactly as typed, adding in the .posts etc...
Thanks for trying though!

Without being able to see what is going on, makes things a lot harder to come up with what is needed.

Yep, I definitely realize that I just thought it would be a simple matter of changing a setting, where ever the size of the thumbnail is coded in. Thanks though!

You could try this instead... a[href*="attachment"]>img { height: auto; width: 150px; } And make sure the CSS code is in the stylesheet for the theme you are viewing.

Can you message me your forum so I can see the image size myself?

Can you message me your forum so I can see the image size myself? Nope, but I can post some images for you... Image sizes are 50, 150 and 450. I hope it's obvious which are which.
