Yes there is. Go to Admin>Themes>Theme Manager>Theme Settings Once there, hover over the color bar at the bottom and click on the button that says IMAGES. Scroll down on the next page to Thread Icons and you can upload custom images for each. If you want different icons per board you'll need to use a plugin like Different On/Off Icons For Different Boards |
