Change the banner at top of page

I think we need to freshen up our forum  Thegardenersshed.proboards.com.

I have installed a new theme but an not seeing it anywhere when I log in.  I installed the snowman theme and I want that as the banner and also the snowman images for like new post etc.  At this point I can't tell you where I have been and what I have tried but none of my attempts worked.

From your Admin panel, navigate:
Admin Home> Themes> Theme Manager

There you will see a list of all the themes installed on your forum. One of those themes will have the word Default between the Theme name and the size of the theme. That will be the theme guests and members see when they are NOT logged in.

You can change the default theme for your forum by hovering over the row of the desired theme and clicking on the words Make Default. This change will be auto-saved.

All other themes which have a checkmark in the box ☑ to the left of the name can be chosen by the individual member, by using the Settings tab in their Edit Profile.

Retread, unfortunately.  I have made snowman the default but I still have the standard blue for the banner and the snowman images I have chosen for new, member on line etc. do not show up.  Obviously I have not made these choices.  I am determined.  Sometimes it is easier to write a website like I used to do rather than figure this out.

Did the snowman theme to which you're referring come from the ProBoards Theme Library or from somewhere else?

If you can provide a link to the source, I can install the theme on my test forum and take a look at it.

I did a search in the Library for 'Snowman'. It produced no results. Do you have a link to the theme in the library?

If that's the theme you have set to default on your forum, the images and style sheet have been reset at some point. You should re-install a new copy of that theme from the Library.

Thank you.  I did reinstall it but didn't need to.  I had tried to uncheck the current theme as default and it said I couldn't but finally figured our I had to click on the new one to make it the default then I could unclick the other one.  I am a happy camper.
