Next Thread Button?

Is there a way to make a next thread button?

For instance

if you're on a thread, instead of having to click back to the board to go to the next thread, you can just click a button that goes on to the next thread?

This probably can't work only because post numbers, but I was wondering if it's possible at all.

So, if you have 
Thread One
and then you click in to read Thread one..it'd just be a button that you can place along the side of the post (floating on the side or something)..that immediately goes to Thread two which is in the same board.

You don't necessarily have to go back to the board view to go on to the next thread, the actions menu has the next/previous thread links.

There is a plugin requested here that will take that out of the action menu and make it a button unto itself.
