Deleted Image Uploader Plug-in

I'll preface this with I'm 66 y/o Mom flying by the seat of my pants running a tiny forum for 4 friends to gab/share, etc.

for a few days we've been getting mixed error messages when trying to upload images.  Upper left message = "Upload complete!". Lower down in body a message that "it didn't upload."  Correct in that no image uploaded to the post.  This AM I decided to investigate here and by Googling the problem .  I could not find a solution, so I figured I'd try the old uninstall / reinstall trick.   Seemed like a good plan.

Hmmmm, try as I might, I cannot find the plug-in to reinstall it! 😱

Can someone point me in the right direction to add that image upload feature back into the forum?
