I'm not much for Harry Potter, but I do have a question. At what point does Riddle win? Is it during the Wizarding War? Does he still have to kill Harry's parents to accomplish it? It sounds like a better fleshed out narrative might answer some of the questions/concerns other fans might have. I'm not even a fan and this whole premise seems a little convoluted to me.

I have edited the OG post to include this! There are a few things we want to keep hidden for now so there can be surprises as the forum develops to keep the plot running, but Riddle wins before Harry's parents are murdered. He never needs to go after Harry because the prophecy never reaches the point of describing his adversary before Trelawney dies from poisoned tea.
I hope this helps!

I'm not much into Harry Potter, but this plot still doesn't interest me, even with the revisions. Good luck though!

This has been moved to the Open for Discussion board. Just a reminder that this should not turn into an advertisement for your forum, but rather a general discussion about how to run the forum. Discussing the possibilities for it's overall literary theme is fine, but if you want very specific opinions of your forum when you open it, you'll need to post a thread in the Get Opinions About Your Forum board, which can be found here: support.proboards.com/board/31/get-opinions-forum
