Guys i need help with user icons

When someone makes a thread

it is displayed as

[Icon img]     [subject]       [created by]      [replies]       [views]     [last post]




i want to modify this so that [icon img] shows the users display pic, because at the moment Icon Img is all the same picture

It would be helpful if you provided more information, such as the URL of the forum and whether this was a highly modified theme or basically ProBoards stock.

If this theme is using PB stock layout templates, in the Thread List tab for the Board layout template, you could replace the $[thread.icon] variable with either $[thread.created_by.avatar_small] or $[thread.created_by.avatar_medium].

it works, but i still get the thread folder icon next to it
