Over a decade ago, it became clear that there was more than meets the eye when it came to people that harbored abilities. With the fall of a major city, a New World Order was implemented. The creation of SPEAR to try and regulate such individuals led to an overactive military-like presence around the world. Powered people started vanishing from under our noses, only to reemerge on the other side of the world, no longer able to think for themselves.

Nowadays, things are teetering on the edge of war. Terrorist organizations, like PATH, and the more pacifistic Remnants, are emerging all over the globe, trying to start a revolution to set things right, or perhaps just to cause chaos.

The totsuzen have been freed from their mental enslavement with the emergence of their God. Many are ready to fight for their causes, each side believing that what they fight for is correct. This causes plenty of misunderstandings, and the world is on the edge of disaster once more. Which side will you choose?
