It can be frustrating when a lifetime member, a frequent poster (or one of our mods) leave and never come back, but I won't take it to heart, as I know that they have lives offline, as well as online.

What bothers me is when they delete their account from my forum and other friends forums. Joins others, without a message why, they chose to leave. I agree about leaving a message and telling you why they decided to leave. In the past, if I did leave a forum, I always sent a message to the admin, telling them the reason I was leaving. And it had never anything to do with "falling out". Neither do I have any falling out with my members, even those that haven't been on in ages. Sometimes they come back, send my a PM, and apologize for not being there, and sometimes they just stay away. I have had one person, who had been a kind of "friend" on another forum, join my forum, post a lot, and then all of a sudden stopped posting, and in the end deleted herself. And yes, I felt hurt, because we communicated on that other forum about different things, and here she is, deleting herself and her posts (which caused a slight confusion with the rest of the posts in those threads), and never said why she left.
