I was wondering what site or app Peter uses to make pictures like he did in rudolph's presents etc...
And Brian did with other plugin.

A lot of people use Adobe Photoshop, which is a photo-editing software. It's a bit expensive, though, and the interface is complex for beginners. The subscription is $9.99 USD per month.

As a free alternative, I suggest Gimp. It's good to get started with because the interface is more simple and if you decide you don't like making graphics, it's not a big deal because the software was free.

You can also download or buy pre-made graphics from various websites and stores. If you'd rather not make your own, I can like you to some of those resources.

GIMP is good.

I've been using Photopea (a browser app) a lot; it mimics photoshop but is ad-supported with less capabilities. Pretty good for some quick off the cuff graphics but would not recommend it for anything labour intensive.
