As of right now on my proboards, there is a notification cap that caps out at 32,750. I was wondering if there is any way to remove this cap.

All caps are set server-side and are not editable by a plugin (ProBoards plugins can only affect data that is present on a page, with no back end capabilities).
If you would like to see this increased, I recommend that you ask if it's possible in the main Support Board rather than here, though as a note not all suggestions are necessarily accepted depending on the nature of the suggestion.
