add content in banner

Look for the following in the Forum Wrapper template (Admin Home > Themes > Layout Templates).

</h2>


and change it to the following.

<h2 id="banner">
   <table style="float: right;">
       <tr>
           <td>
               Add content here
           </td>
       </tr>
   </table>
   $[forum.title]
</h2>

Change the first line to the following and set the 5px to what you want.
