Help with logo

Hi! I need help with getting the logo of my forum to fit. 

My board is here: natalialivingston.proboards.com

The logo is off a few inches. 

Any help would be great.

I'm back. This time I need help with this theme: mollybrando.proboards.com/

I don't want the header image that is there, and I want one I created to fit across the top. Any help would be great.
