Although a few people are talking about it, there aren't enough. Many people quarantined (in whatever way their countries are advising to do so) suffer from a range of mental health issues. Undoubtedly, this will be an incredibly hard time for many that are not directly affected by the virus itself, but by the very effects issued in their best interests to keep them safe.
So please respond with one of two things or something else positive... 1. How can people suffering like this reach out if they are in need? 2. What daily activities are you or friends doing to keep yourselves sane during these difficult times?
Much love to one and all. This will pass and you are not alone.

Hi Charlie, nice to see you again. Am I to assume by your post's title that you survived a Covid-19 infection? In response to your questions: 1. There are many online mental health options for free throughout the world. In addition, it is always important to reach out to those you love, whether they're family, friends, or online contacts, if you're having difficulties mentally. Most towns have a Facebook page and I've found many are willing to help for other kinds of needs, such as a few dollars or a loaf of bread. It's also extremely helpful not to constantly dwell on the news. Find websites that promote uplifting stories ( www.thedodo.com/ ), maybe take a free class ( www.openculture.com/freeonlinecourses ), or craft something ( ohhappyday.com/ ). 2. Personally, I've been doing a lot of art, crafts, and am working on a novel or two. I also changed up my etsy shop to meet the demands of those who are stuck at home with their kids. Unfortunately (fortunately?), I am still working at a hospital and that is creating a lot of stress. Between worrying if it'll be my next patient who gives me the virus, or figuring out how to get the most usage from my one mask a day that I'm allotted, and having to have my temperature taken every day before even entering the building, it wears me down.

Annoyingly, I have coronavirus right now, the severity for me is somewhere between a common cold and flu. So 'I Survived Coronavirus 2020' is more me trying to bring a positive outlook to the whole ordeal! Some great creative suggestions there, thank you! Particularly like the idea of free classes. Stay strong, you've always been a hero, now there's proof! Chaz

Charlie, I am sad to hear you have this virus!
Hope you will get better real soon. Are you at home or in the hospital? If you are home sit outside in your patio or yard, awhile. Nature is a good mood lifter. Rest, eat good food, and drink clean water. Ask for help, when you need it. Join a FB group, from your area. That can be very supportive. I did.
Put a puzzle together. Call your friends and make sure they are ok. Be brave .. you will get through this! God can help. Just pray. Come back here and ck in.
