Help with Discord Info Plugin

Hello,

I hope I'm putting this in the right place. I need some assistance with getting a plugin to work on my board. I have a custom theme created by the amazing elli. I installed the plugin from PopThosePringles, added my Discord info in the settings, but it does not display down in the Info area of my home page. 

I'm not great with code and this is probably an easy fix but I was wondering if someone could help me out?

The plugin is looking for a few elements that don't exist in this template:

I wonder if Discord's API might have been down for a little while? Because there are users displaying in your info center. Can you confirm?

Unfortunately, still showing 'No users online' over here. See below:

I thought it might just be me, so I cleared my cookies/cache etc but it didn't help. Then I checked with my players and they say they are seeing the same thing as me.

Showing discord users for me, make sure you do not have any security software blocking the discordapp.net (IMG) and discordapp.com (XHR) domains, and also try viewing your forum as a guest (*as I am doing now) to see if that makes a difference.
If there are errors in your browser's console then that too might shed some light.

It is showing 0 users on my work laptop, my home pc, my phone, and my ipad. I have tried private windows on all, clearing cookies and cache, even different browsers. I've even checked the console and no errors relating to anything discord/proboards. I even went so far as to whitelist the discord urls mentioned here and proboards urls from my adblocker just in case that had something to do with it.

Again, this has been working perfectly for over a year and all of a sudden is not showing correctly.

No clue; sometimes ISPs get picky about what is and is not allowed on their service. Since discord is a legitimate service, I would reach out to your ISP directly and see if you can get things unblocked. That said, I would caution that it might either take a long time or not get unblocked at all, depending on why the ISP blocked it to begin with (if they were getting a lot of bad requests from those services or bad actors using those things, they might be unwilling to remove the block).

I thought I already had it whitelisted, which is why I went to double check in the first place. I forgot I switched adblock services and didn't add PB to the new one. That was my bad.

However, holy crap! When I view the site on my phone without wifi, it shows up perfectly! Why in the world would my ISP have that blocked? ...and more importantly, is there anything I can do about it?

No clue; sometimes ISPs get picky about what is and is not allowed on their service. Since discord is a legitimate service, I would reach out to your ISP directly and see if you can get things unblocked. That said, I would caution that it might either take a long time or not get unblocked at all, depending on why the ISP blocked it to begin with (if they were getting a lot of bad requests from those services or bad actors using those things, they might be unwilling to remove the block).
