We aren't sure about the banner yet, though we like how it came out with all the edits I put on it. As you could see, I placed a bar in the middle where, like with the title bars, I would like to put the menu buttons there. They would be a larger size than the title text.
Unfortunately... I have been out of ProBoards for quite some time (about half a year if not longer,) and I have forgotten how to move the menu buttons to that specific area. The banner's height is 650px if that helps.
Edit: Actually, we might need the menu bar split in two. Can we have one at top for the Login / Register and Profile / Logout, and still have the menu buttons on the banner?
