Not sure if this will be a code or plugin.

Is there a code or anything that automatically centers signatures?

Place the following at the bottom of your stylesheet

/* Centre signature in posts. */
.post .signature {
   text-align: center;
}

or the following in the Global Header if you have multiple themes.

<style>
/* Centre signature in posts. */
.post .signature {
   text-align: center;
}
</style>
