Pop-Up Table Bottom of Screen

I'm trying to find a Plugin, Template, or Code that will allow for me to have a Pop-Up Table on the bottom of my forum to place a cbox in. I would like it to be on the small side and not then entire length of the bottom of the screen and I am having difficulty finding anything that will help.

kaysweet92, we don't use Cbox on my forum. But if we did, I can say with absolute certainty, we'd do it this way:
