Thread Linker Plugin Not Working

So I am getting a pop-up error message when activating the Thread Linker plugin.  Also when I click on a thread title that redirects to a link that I entered, I noticed that the link that it takes you to is leaving out the ":" in https// so it just goes to a blank white page. 

If the plugin creator is no longer active would it be possible for someone to either fix this plugin or make me a new one?
