A plugin to replace emojis with Twemoji

So basically, all emojis on the/their forums will be replaced with Twemoji
Is this possible?

For future reference, it'll probably more eye-catching if you don't assume that we know what things you are referencing.  I wouldn't have at all guessed that 'Twemoji' were twitter emoji, personally. Also, a link to the reference might be helpful to anyone looking to fill this request.

A plugin isn't really required for this since you can just download the pack and upload the emojis to your theme(s).

There's really no good way to go about replacing the default emoji or adding additional emoji that doesn't require a manual upload, and plugins are limited to 50 images (and the creator would still have to upload manually or require you to upload manually).
