Yes. A listing, exactly like the Proboard Reaction Plugin I used in the example, which shows a popup of possible reactions to choose from, and reveals their reaction to the public once selected. The thing is, when you hover your mouse over reaction image it doesn't show the username in the previous plugin, which makes it hard to determine who made the decision.
In a nutshell, the hidden content is revealed to only the reactor after they react. No specific reaction icon or anything beyond that is required to include. Literally, 99% the same method made in the existing Reaction Plugin + hidden content.
There'd be RP rules to explain what reactions a character may select from, of course. Anything systematic can simply be built by the RP Staff based on this simple concept of player 1: hide > player 2: react > player 2: reply.
