show theme on mini profile

I’ve seen some forums where they show what Theme the members have chosen, on their Mini Profile. What code would that be? Also, some say Themes say Private, how does that work?

Check in your admin panel > Plugin -- PLUG IN LIBRARY to look through the library or install MANAGER PLUG INS.

I got that Orange T at the bottom left & it changes my themes. Downloaded the Yootil 1.1.2, moved it to the top of the plugins as it said to put above any plugins that require it. It had popped up to put the code that listed the themes & I put that in the Theme Changer Theme HTML box. It was enabled so I disabled then enabled again to see if that would help, Saved changes. However, themes are still not listed on the mini profile.
Is there more I'm supposed to do?

Beckea the theme change plugin won't list the theme on your mini-profile, (it is only so you can change the theme easily).

You need the User Theme Display plugin to show the user theme in the mini-profile.

I had to go thru several pages as it didn't show up right away. I found it but mine (admin) says Hidden Theme while members say Theme Unsaved. Theme permissions I had Members/Staff but then switched it to Everyone & still says the above.

Have you clicked ok on the popup box so the plugin can store the theme you are using??

Note: Each forum user will have to click in the box!

Yes, I clicked on that box. I even have a Test account where I logged in, clicked on the box & says same thing- the Hidden & Unsaved.

You have added the name of the theme in the plugin settings area. If you keep having problems, post in the Support thread for the plugin!

Not sure what you mean by 'added the name of the theme'. Remember, some of us are very new to codes & plugins. If I'm supposed to do more, could you do a screenshot of what the settings are supposed to look like? Or I can move this over to the Plugin support.

On the following screen did you add the theme name where it says 'Theme Display Name' ?

Ok, I didn't realize I had to put in each theme. I guess I assumed it would 'know' like some plug-ins. I put in each theme, named those, saved. I see themes now but still a few say Theme Unsaved. To me, when you register, it would go to the Default so there shouldn't be 'Theme Unsaved'. I did all the themes I have in my plug-in. & how does one get theirs to be Hidden? I saw that on other forums. I'd like to know that in case people ask me.

Hidden is due to having added the name, but not the theme itself to the plugin.

I also wanted to include that sometimes it will show as Hidden on the M-P because the admin has not posted it up - or connected it to a theme. At times I will not post up for some themes since it is a temporary one. Like for instance, it is a holiday or seasonal theme. I will not bother with it.

Also to include if you see (the below):

Theme Unsaved -- a member has not saved it. A popup that has you click to okay/save it and can be missed by some members. I know I have a tutorial for some members to remind them of this.

Nscalerr That link, what did the user do wrong? They put Palmtrees in Paradise but that wasn't the actual theme name?
