Is there a way to share links that have little previews, like on Facebook and Twitter? One thing members don't like is that they share the link, and that's all that's there. No visual. Any way around that?

Hi You can embed posts from a number of social media platforms, if that is what you mean. For example, i could embed a recent news story from the BBC. On the reply page, click on the button, and you will see a number of social media options along with a little help link for each option. Let us know how you get on, or if that is not what you meant.

Thanks so much for that, Craig...that helps, but i meant that it LOOKED like it does on social media, (like the example you gave) when you post a link and it brings in the featured image and some text that describes it...is there a way to embed like that, no matter WHERE the link comes from? My site has lots of shared resources which aren't always on FB, Twitter, etc. Thanks for any further insight.

Most sites have their own embed codes, which have to be incorporated, and there isn't really a one size fits all as far as i am aware
