Hi,
It looks like you reset your CSS. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do here.

I tried nothing works I have the background but nothing else works What can I do Michael says you reset your CSS. Unfortunately, the answer is "nothing". You will have to rebuild your theme from scratch. For future reference, resetting your CSS resets it to default, not to the last saved version. I suspect this is why the admins have been encouraging you for literally years at this point to create multiple themes instead of continuously adding to a single one. No, they cannot simply go in and fix it for you. You're asking them to re-create years worth of conflicting changes and unfortunately resetting the CSS has made any hands on help impossible. If you would like, I can take some time this weekend to try and help you navigate how to properly make themes moving forward in an age-friendly way. Let me know if you're interested.

but an admin has gone into my board before so why not now? Because you reset your CSS. Think of it this way. You had prepared a very elaborate and complex dinner with the admins' help doing some of the harder stuff. Then you took that dinner and put it in the trash, and are now asking the admins to recreate the entire dinner alone, with no recipes. They are still ABLE to visit your forum and access your theme, but the work you are asking them to do is impossible: you removed all your previous changes from the past as well as the changes you made today. It is starting over from scratch, and they can not restore things for you anymore. You may have missed my edit, so here it is again: If you would like, I can take some time this weekend to try and help you navigate how to properly make themes moving forward in an age-friendly way. Let me know if you're interested.

Try going to Admin/Themes/Theme Library, finding a simple theme that looks something like what you want, and installing that. It should at least get your forum working...

Hi Hi I got this far how can I fix rest. The background is the right size but some how looks like the above. pitszal.freeforums.netThe background is tiling because it is a small background. If it is the 'right size' then you would need to add CSS to prevent it from tiling (assuming you want the background to cover the whole screen). Are you wanting this to cover the whole screen regardless of someone's resolution? But, I really encourage you to learn more about themes. Are you at all interested in my offer of assistance in teaching you?

yes I would like the bkg ro cover The Whole screen 1344/800 that is what I had previously yes, I would love that, but first I would like to fix the mess up above pitszal.freeforums.net/Add this CSS to the bottom : /* Make Background Stretch Across the Screen */ body { background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; } Please note that because the image size is small, there might be some quality loss at higher resolutions. Please send me a PM so we can coordinate our schedules (:
