What makes you most anxious?

Odds are, most if not all of us have at least one thing that makes us anxious. What would that be for you?

Public speaking would be it for me. I've gotten good at it, but that doesn't change that I do feel anxious inside when I have to do it.

I know it sounds weird, but it makes me very anxious and I have an overwhelming urge to be obnoxiously thankful and apologetic and I feel like it makes me look like a psycho. I have to strenuously force myself to remain calm and to show my gratefulness without being over the top.

If you are over thankful, you have nothing to worry about.  No matter what people think, that is 100% a good quality.  It shows you care about other people.  I'm sure you do plenty of nice things for other people.

Conflict. I've gotten much better at handling it and dealing with it reasonably and responsibly but boy it still makes me near panic.

I wouldn't say socializing makes me anxious, but I generally don't like it. But I absolutely love public speaking. It's silly.

Interactions without expressions or tone. This is of course computer interactions which is why this Bunny speaks in such a way to ease the anxiety.

When in front of someone, fairly confident. But without knowing who is smiling, frowning, laughing; it is hard to know when someone is enjoying themselves or not.

Lack of sunlight negatively affects my mood. This time of year, the days are getting shorter. And the rate of change is at its peak. For me, this causes anxiety and the dread of what's to come.

Especially if the person is standing or positioned right up in your personal space. Nothing puts me on edge from anxiety more than that.

i should’ve mentioned that in my initial post too, but I didn’t think of that particular thing at the time.
