Becoming re-interested in old hobbies

Has anyone ever had a time in their life where they became re-interested in hobbies of their past? I used to play video games, but not so much anymore, but I've been fascinated with tracking down all my old PS2 and prior console games just to get them together for possible nostalgia playing every now and then.

Same deal with my old comic books. I recently re-read a few of them.

I don't think any of my hobbies ever really go away. I just decide I want to rotate and they work to the end of the line until it's their turn again.

I'm about the same as Derek. I have a huge variety of hobbies that I indulge in and my interests in them wax and wane. I stick with what my interest is at the moment and then move on to something else when I get bored with that until, eventually, I wind up coming back to the original interest.

I did the exact same thing earlier this year. I re-bought my N64 and a bunch of N64 + GameCube games, about 1/3 of which I've actually spent a substantial amount of time playing. But older video games do seem to appreciate in value over the years, so those games I've barely played might actually turn out to be a good investment.

I want to get back into drawing, but it requires quite a bit of time, and I haven't done it in so long, I'm pretty rusty at it.

Me too, but the motivation is there to keep practicing

I have ton of hobbies, and I don't think I'm gonna drop them, so I'm not likely to pick up any old hobbies.

I re-picked up collecting Pokemon cards since like Feb-March when stuff was starting to lock down. it has become an obsession eek
