Altering - Various

I would like to alter 4 things. Refer to attached images.

1.
If you look in the last posts section
 'no posts' & where posted  text sizes differ - no post should be the same size as latter

2.
the descriptions under yelow text are desired size already.
in the last post section, I would like the all! text size to be the of same size & slightly bigger
+
'topic name' & 'poster name' same color as the text in yellow

3.
Resize the (?mini)-profile red line just enough
to wrap the existing text & being of the square size.the square-size.

Text of 3 attributes are names, number of posts
plus added will be 'Thanks Received"



4.
To change all the backgrounds to black of fields like
Select, Actions, Search Field, Edit button, etc
& text to some other visible-black-compatible color.

Change the text size (bigger) in the 'Subject' & 'Created By' column exclusively,
without affecting anything else.
