Color Palette To Use: Color Palette
Predominate Colors: Black(s) as majority, Blue(s) Secondary, White For text, and Hex ##FFA500 for "rollover/links"...
You may use other color hue's(blacks & blues & a touch of silver) to make everything "blend" properly
I will also need a full graphics/icons kit to include:

Stars
Member Icons: Admin, Mod, Member, Banned

Request that this all be done in CSS/HTML/HTML <img src>, and avoid using these plug ins as they mess with other plug ins:
