Can't Install Themes

Every time I try to install a theme from the library, it keeps saying to login into my forum. 
I am already logged into my forum and when I tried to install, it won't change.
What am I doing wrong?

To install a theme on your forum directly from the Theme Library, you must navigate to the Theme Library from the Admin panel of your forum.

From your Admin panel, navigate:
Admin Home> Themes > Theme Library

Then you'll see links associated with each theme, both download and install. Click the install link and it will automatically install the theme on your forum and take you directly to Admin Home> Themes> Theme Manager> Theme Settings on your forum with the name of the newly installed theme being displayed in the dropdown to the right of Current Theme.
