Where Do I Locate This Title Bar?

I was able to center the main front page title bars. Im not sure where i locate the title bars for the separate forums? This is our main sports section. Id like to move the title to the center like it is on our main page.

There isn't a place in the Visual Editor to do that. I'm guessing they built the other title bars differently because they will include Create Thread button or a Reply button on the title bar when the user is logged in.

This hack, if placed at the bottom of the Style Sheet for that theme, will allow the text on the other title bars to 'sort of' center when you have the text on the Category title bars centered.

I say 'sort of' because the text will be centered on the real estate left over from the Create Thread or Reply button on the right side of the title bar.
